Cycling Luang Prabang 2 days
Day 1
Starting from your hotel, this tour brings you to interesting non-touristy places in the valley of Luang Prabang. On the way, you will experience the daily life of the local people, explained by our professional guide. You will visit a temple ruin, which has been destroyed during a war period; a cremation ground; some handicraft villages, such as a blacksmith and Saa paper village; a weaving centre where you will learn about the weaving and dying of silk and cotton fabrics; and an orphanage school with 400 children. Lao lunch will be provided.

- Road condition: Mostly flat and 30% unpaved roads.
- Landscape: lush vegetation, with great views over the Mekong valley and
surrounding mountains.

Day 2
Starting from your hotel, we head to a boat landing to go for a 1.5 hour scenic boat ride on the Mekong River. Before start cycling, we explore a local village along the bank of the River. After a short dirt road track, we cycle on a scenic paved road to the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall, where we enjoy a swim in the crystal clear pool. Cycling back to Luang Prabang, we will stop in a Hmong hill tribe village to explore their typical lifestyle. Lunch will be provided.

Day 1

Day 2
Starting from your hotel, first we explore the not well known wetlands area in the city with his small well paved lanes. Leaving the town, we continue on a dirt road following the valley of the river Nam Khan. On the way, we vist a temple with great views over Luang Prabang, the gravetombe of Henri Mahout, a brick kiln factory.
Lunch will be provided.

- Landscape: lush vegetation, paddy fields, banana and pineapple plantations
- Difficult Level: medium soft adventure
Day 3
After breakfast, we head back to Luang Prabang. On the way, we will take a break at a waterfall that’s not well known by tourist. Back in Luang Prabang we will visit a weaving centre where you will learn about the weaving and dying of silk and cotton fabrics. After lunch, your three days cycling in Luang Prabang is coming to an end.
